Astronaut City offers an intimate venue perfect for clients who want a fun and affordable celebration without the stress of a traditional banquet hall. Our venue has about 900 square feet, easy free parking, 50 person capacity, a stage with three mics, and two restrooms. With your private event rental, you can choose a cash(less) bar option or open bar option, and one staff member and standard trash disposal is included.

Private event rental is perfect for: office holiday parties, family reunions, weddings, wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, private karaoke parties, album release parties, and more.

The venue is available for private events

  • We are one of the only venues that do not upcharge for weddings

  • The starting rental price is $250/hour, 3 hour minimum—guest setup and clean up is included in the booked time

  • 1 staff member is included, $50/per hour mandatory gratuity added

  • Astronaut City is a licensed beer and wine bar. Guests can elect to rent the venue with a cash(less) bar or an open bar

  • No outside drinks or alcohol

  • Outside food catering is permitted, and Astronaut City includes 2 bags of trash disposal in the rental price. Beyond that, a trash disposal fee will be added for excess waste removal.

  • Guests are responsible for set-up & clean-up of decorations or catering

  • No glitter, smoke, bubbles, thrown rice, paint, loud music, or any type of permanent alternations

  • Clients must provide proof of event insurance

  • Ample free street parking
